What is ShopZPresso software? Key features
Have you ever wanted to start your own business? Be your own boss? It’s the American dream right?
I work eight hours a day as a service technician.
I should say I get paid eight hours a day.
I work thirteen hours a day, and yes I dream of owning my own business because of this.
Let me explain to you just what Shopzpresso really is.
In a single word… drop shipping
Drop shipping, ecommerce, Shopify, Wix. Does any of these names sound familiar?
Roll them together into an all into one “megastore” and you get Shopzpresso.
But first off, what is dropshipping?
Basically dropshipping is where you list an item for sale that you don’t own.
For example you list a T-shirt on your Shopify website for $15.
Someone then buys that T-shirt from your website.
Now to fill that order, you buy that T-shirt from a different website (usually) for a fraction of the price you sold it for, and the supplier mails it directly to your customer.
You never even see the T-shirt and you carry no physical inventory.
Which is great in some sense since you do not have to deal with warehousing or stocktaking issues. It does sometimes make quality control difficult though.
In a nutshell that’s what drop shipping is.
Shopzpresso is claiming to be the solution to an ecommerce business model and in my eyes specifically drop shipping.
How does Shopzpresso work?
Shopzpresso claims to take all the pitfalls of a dropshipping business and turn them into wins.
With somewhat little explanation, Shopzpresso assures its future customers that with a few clicks, they can start up a completely new online store and be successful if they use the software correctly.
Once your online store is set up, Shopzpresso implies that your store will start selling and making money online right away.
Simple as that.
Shopzpresso has features and designs that will magically bring customers to your online store. It states that people will just want to buy your product in your megastore for no other reason than the fact that you now have an online “megastore”, but honestly that’s not how businesses work.
People will only buy from you because you have something that they want.
Simple supply and demand.
Shopzpresso may give you an abundance of supply with their preloaded products, but that doesn’t mean you can have the demand.
If no one wants what you’re selling then you won’t sell anything regardless of the number of items you list.
Features of the program
Shopzpresso is a software you buy online, download and install on to your computer and use to start an online business. Like you would with Shopify.
It makes a lot of claims about what it can do, for example:
- List thousands of products in just one click
- Drive a seemingly unlimited amount of free traffic to your store
- Turn all of your customers into affiliates and earn you money with as little as one purchase
- Prebuilt designs for your website “megastore” needs
- You don’t need to know anything about running an online store and you will make money
If you’re reading this review then you’re already ahead of the pack.
You understand that there are no shortcuts to success.
I have looked into running my own dropshipping company.
It’s a very enticing business model.
Requiring little start-up funds, no need for a physical inventory, and large profit gains on items sold.
It is however, still a business and like any business, it takes work to make it successful.
You need to bring in customers “traffic” which is easier said than done.
Especially when you are just one store in a sea of thousands offering the exact same thing as you are.
When you google search something, do you click through on every page?
More likely you do what I do and scroll the first page and find what you want, click it and you’re done.
So how do you get to the top of the search lists?
You buy ads or you create original content for your online store that will populate with search engines.
Shopzpresso claims to be able to bring nearly unlimited traffic to your online “megastore”.
But how does Shopzpresso accomplish this?
No real explanation is given on their website.
So your guess is as good as mine.
Who created it?
Mosh Bari is the creator of Shopzpresso and with a quick google search, you can find a myriad of other “get rich quick” schemes.
It looks like when one “product” starts to run dry he re-labels them and starts the cycle over again.
My concerns about this program
Honestly, I would steer clear of this product.
One thing I tend to look out for when researching any digital product is a return policy.
First, if they have one.
Second, if they back their own product and how they back it.
For example, do they offer a no questions asked 100% money-back guarantee, or are there stipulations to the return policy?
For Shopzpresso, the latter is true.
You need to provide them with a valid reason for wanting your money back.
That right there is a red flag for me.
If you have a product that’s worth its salt, you don’t need to have a reason for why it didn’t work.
Even the cereal you buy at the grocery store has a money-back guarantee.
Do some more research on both the product and creator before you bite in.
There are a lot of promises made with Shopzpresso’s software and very little explanation as to how those promises will be delivered.
Dropshipping isn’t a bad business model and what I covered in this article is only a small bit of what the dropshipping business model has to offer.
I would say, stick with the tried and true methods.
There is a lot of work when starting your own business and the learning curve can be steep, but the reward of it all is immeasurable.
They are great products.
You’ll learn in business you get what you pay for, and there are no free lunches.
If you are interested in owning your own business, I would encourage you to continue finding what works for you.
Shopzpresso Alternatives
It wouldn’t be right if I didn’t share with you other ways that you can build your own online business. Besides thinking of operating a “store”, there are several other lucrative ways to go about it.
Here are some examples:
- Affiliate marketing
- Create your own digital product
- Display ads
- Create a course
My personal favourite is starting a blog. Why? It sets the foundation to grow and build multiple streams of income for yourself, and the start up capital is negligible.
Can you afford to set aside less than $5 a month to build a business?
If you are, I encourage you to read this post about the ways to start a blog and get yourself on the right track.
However, if you prefer some kind of organised approach and have some support from a community, I encourage you to start an account with Wealthy Affiliates. It is free to sign up and there are lots of resources for you to learn about online business.
After your progress through the courses and bootcamp, consider signing up for the Premium option, which allows you to expand your earnings potential even further.
What is the pricing of Shopzpresso?
If you wish to check out Shopzpresso yourself, feel free to have a look at their website here. You might discover some information that I missed out, or possibly find that the features suit your circumstances.
The pricing of Shopzpresso is $20.44.
Conclusion
Be careful as you tread the murky waters of online businesses and learn to be an online marketer. There are many scam offers out there, waiting for the next gullible person to bite. I strongly suggest that you consider starting a blog yourself as your first step. The risks are much lower and you can easily keep your investment outlay low.
Whichever route you go on, I wish you success!
